4,600 exhibitors from 98 Countries

These are the numers of Anuga 2021, the most important food exhibiition in the world. It took place in Cologne from 9th to 13th of October.

If we see the numbers, it can seem a failure. Indeed, numbers were very different in 2019: 170.000 visitators from 201 Nations and 7.500 exhibitors from 106 Countries. But when we analize these numbers, we must not forget the previous two years of our lives. The return in presence out of Italy, in an international exhibition: this is the important message that gives us a greater motivation.

Also the management of the fair was satisfied answering to the questions of theEuropean Food Agency (EFA). .”We are delighted with this result. It underlines the global significance of Anuga and the trust that is placed in us as a trade fair organisation. Furthermore, it also shows that Germany as a trade fair location continues to hold a leading and attractive position in terms of the global competition“. Our company is satisfied about the German trip, as well. In our Hall with Dolcefreddo Moralberti and San Giorgio SpA, our partners in the Il Buon Gusto Italiano network, we met many buyers.

We have shown the, our Bella Vita line. Ready meals are a constant growing trend in Europe and North America. We add to the trend the evergreem passion for Italian food and a higher attention for people who have food intolerances. This is the reason why our line is gluten free and/or lactose free.
There were the great classics of our frozen offer: the Premium Mixed Mushrooms, the Porcini Mushrooms in Cubes and Sliced.
Between our products in Colonia, also our latest products were present: the ones of Line 100.

100 years in which we offered “the best of nature” to our customers. A message that we brought to Anuga.

It was a beatuiful coincidence to start the celebration of our centenart in the most relevant fair in the world.
